Our Mission

Consolidated Cooperative’s mission is to serve alongside our members and communities in ways that
empower them to thrive and prosper. Our primary role is to safely provide high-value energy and
communications services in fiscally and environmentally responsible ways.

We greatly value your role here at Consolidated, and we cannot overstate the importance of your contributions to providing top-notch service to our members. Your efforts directly shape our reputation.

This handbook outlines our general guidelines, policies, and benefits. Throughout this handbook, the term “working time” is the time an employee is engaged or should be engaged in performing work tasks for the Cooperative. This handbook is not a contract but a tool to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone. As our organization evolves, so will these policies, reflecting our commitment to staying responsive to our employees’ needs and our operational requirements.

Management will interpret and enforce these guidelines in the best interest of the organization. This handbook replaces any similar, previously issued policies, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about updates. Changes will be communicated through our internal team channels, email, or employee meetings.

It’s important to mention, nothing in this handbook is intended to prevent employees from discussing or engaging in activities related to the wages, terms, or conditions of their employment.
